This is your company. Care deeply about the company. Be an owner, not a renter. Put the company before yourself—trust that it will work out for you. Put the company before pleasing your manager or the CEO, and show results. Nothing is someone else’s problem.

If our customers don’t rave about us, we haven’t done our job. Start with the customer, end with the customer, and measure by love and advocacy—not feature count or revenue.

See the glass as half full. The dots connect over time—keep going when it’s hard. Be optimistic, have faith, and remember that everything works out in the long run if you work hard. Be so optimistic, the people around you become more optimistic as a result.

Solve problems when you see them. Don’t wait for permission or for someone to ask—make it happen. Take ideas from concept to launch. e self-driven. Drive the Change.

We take the right path, even when it’s risky. We are willing to be contrarian. We call out what’s wrong, dissent when needed, and stick our necks out for what we believe in. Don’t pick social cohesion over making the company better.

Be accountable and predictable. Plan clearly, execute cleanly, deliver what you promise—and then a little more. Results compound; excuses don’t.

Accelerate the learning clock. Time kills. Shorten the learning loop: build → ship → learn → repeat. Act with urgency. Leaders set the pace and clear blocks; everyone moves fast in the right direction. Every minute matters. Question everything - is this maximally accelerated?

We build with heart, detail, and pride. If it isn’t great, it’s shit. “Good enough” is not good enough. We care about the smallest details—make the part no one will ever see beautiful. We do it because we love doing it, and we care.

Think from first principles. Question assumptions, get to the root cause, and solve creatively—clarity before complexity. Simple solutions beat complex ones. Be willing to be contrarian to get to the best answer.

Ask why. Seek new perspectives, don’t be a know-it-all, and never get jaded or comfortable. Growth beats certainty. Hear every perspective with an open mind—don’t differentiate by who it comes from.
